Michael C. Masciale

Michael C. Masciale is an attorney at O’Reilly Law Firm, representing injury victims across South Carolina. Michael brings a trial-ready mindset — every case is prepared as if it will be decided by a jury, because that preparation is what drives results.

A native of Summerville, South Carolina, Michael draws on a background that few plaintiff’s attorneys share: years of work on the other side of the table. Before joining O’Reilly Law Firm, he represented some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers, defending corporations, commercial motor carriers, lawyers, and doctors in matters including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, insurance bad-faith, premises liability, and personal injury claims. He also handled significant homeowner association litigation.

That defense experience now drives his work for injury victims. Michael uses his knowledge of how insurance carriers evaluate, defend, and settle claims to maximize recovery for South Carolinians who have been harmed by large corporations and their agents — in personal injury, commercial motor vehicle, catastrophic injury, and medical malpractice cases.

Michael focuses his practice on personal injury matters including car and truck accidents, workers’ compensation, and serious bodily injury cases. He works directly with clients from intake through resolution, ensuring they understand their case, their options, and what’s being done to fight for them.
